Gunsmoker
I'm sure everyone has the seen the photos of much larger and more impressive such devices that are floating around the internet, but this is the first time I've seen one live and in person, so to speak.
It's not a float. It's a portable smoker, as in meat smoker/barbecuer, that is built onto its own trailer. It was parked under a canopy. The owner of it most likely barbecues right there and sells on site.
That one or one like it was parked off of I-35 in San Marcos a while back and I drove past it numerous times before realizing it was a smoker. I wondered what the deal was with some one making a giant statue of a gun ( I like guns, too, but c'mon!) but was only slightly less flummoxed when a figured out it was a "Smoker Gun". I eagerly await the giant knife that dispenses sno-cones...
So . . . Who's operating this float? Pro 2A? Or pro gun-control?
