Wisconsin Personal Protection Act

You've probably already read about this elsewhere, but I want to mention it anyway. The movement for legalizing concealed carry is once again starting in Wisconsin:
The Concealed Carry Bill is back, and this time it's known as the Personal Protection Act.

The last version of the concealed carry bill was defeated by a single vote in February of 2004. Republicans say they've improved the bill and that this time it will become law.

'This is a women's rights issue. This is a personal defense issue. This is an issue that will save lives,' says Senator Dave Zien (R-Eau Claire), who is as passionate as ever about giving you the right to carry a concealed weapon.
